Role Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking skilled Graphic Designers to support an AI training project by creating, reviewing, and improving visual assets. Candidates will use their design expertise to produce high-quality graphics, evaluate creative outputs, and provide actionable feedback. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Create digital graphics, illustrations, and layouts according to project guidelines.
• Review existing designs and recommend improvements.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual quality.
• Document design decisions and creative processes.
• Collaborate with project teams and incorporate feedback.
• Refine designs to improve clarity, usability, and impact.
• Organize design files for efficient project handoffs.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent design tools.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design expertise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of visual storytelling, design principles, and current trends.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design workflows is an advantage.
