Expertise in Linux server administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) and shell scripting. Strong knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle DB. Experience in migrating from Server to Data Center or Cloud environments. Proficient with Script Runner, REST APIs, and Groovy scripting for automation/customization. Experience with integrating Jira with tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps. Proven experience in workflows, custom fields, permissions schemes, notification schemes.
