Loader Position

The Loader plays a critical role in the efficient operation of a non-durable goods manufacturing facility by ensuring that materials and products are accurately and safely loaded for transport or storage. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to verify that all items are handled according to company standards and safety regulations. Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse loading role.
• Forklift operator certification.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials, products, and equipment using appropriate tools and machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
• Organize and stack products in designated storage areas to maximize space and maintain orderliness.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production staff to prioritize loading tasks and meet shipping deadlines.
