About this position:

iWorks is seeking a Junior Personnel Security Adjudicator to support personnel security and vetting operations. The selected candidate will review investigative information assess security-related data manage personnel security cases and support eligibility determination processes.

*This position is contingent upon contract award.

Salary Range: 63k-73k - commensurate with the candidates skills experience location and qualifications.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

1. Review and evaluate background investigation information and related documentation.
2. Analyze security-related information to support eligibility determinations.
3. Maintain personnel security case files and records.
4. Conduct case tracking and follow-up activities.
5. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding personnel security matters.
6. Prepare correspondence reports and case documentation.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable security policies and procedures.

Required Education/Qualifications:

• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph .
• Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice Security Management Intelligence Studies Business Administration or a related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Minimum 3 years of personnel security adjudications investigations or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting government personnel security programs.
• Experience reviewing investigative or suitability information.
• Familiarity with personnel security databases and case management systems.
