Role: Senior Cisco Voice Engineer
Location: Lansing, MI(Hybrid -2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Senior experience with Cisco on-premises voice, SBC, SIP, encryption, certificates, and VMWare
Nice to Have:
NICE experience
The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience with Cisco on-premises voice technologies, session border controllers, SIP, voice security, certificates, and VMware-based infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, troubleshoot, and support Cisco on-premises voice environments.
Administer and troubleshoot SBC technologies and SIP call flows.
Support voice encryption, certificates, and related security controls.
Troubleshoot complex voice, signaling, and interoperability issues.
Support voice platforms hosted on VMware infrastructure.
Collaborate with client technical teams and stakeholders to resolve incidents and deliver improvements.
Participate in scheduled after-hours maintenance or support activities as needed.
Document configurations, procedures, and technical resolutions.
Required Qualifications
Senior-level experience supporting Cisco on-premises voice solutions.
Strong experience with session border controllers (SBCs).
Strong understanding of SIP, call routing, and voice signaling.
Experience implementing or troubleshooting voice encryption.
Experience managing and troubleshooting certificates in voice environments.
Experience supporting voice infrastructure in VMware environments.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with NICE solutions.
Experience supporting large enterprise or public-sector voice environments.
