Tax Analyst (CPA or EA)

• Conducting end-to-end review and preparation of business and personal tax returns for small business clients, from initial client consultation to return delivery and filing
• Facilitating client communication and building relationships
• Orchestrating the tax database for efficient and accurate updates
• Recording precise tax entries into our accounting software
• Applying and integrating tax reduction strategies
• Preparing and/or reviewing financial statements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Tax Preparation
• Demonstrable experience as a Tax Professional / Bookkeeper
• Fundamental understanding of the tax code for individuals and small businesses
• Mandatory credentials: licensed tax preparer, EA, or CPA
• Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Experience with QuickBooks accounting software
• High computer literacy, exemplary numerical skills, and exceptional attention to detail
