Job Title: Tax Preparer

6. Problem Resolution: Resolve tax-related issues and discrepancies, collaborating with clients and government agencies when necessary.
7. Documentation: Maintain organized and detailed records of client information, ensuring confidentiality and security.
Qualifications:
1. Certifications: IRS PTIN and Maryland registered tax preparer
2. Experience: Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of tax codes and regulations.
3. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with tax preparation software and a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
5. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure error-free tax filings.
6. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
