Job Description

Veterinary Practice Manager – Privately Owned Small Animal Hospital

Companion Pet Care (CPC) in Encinitas, California

Help lead a team that puts pets first.

At Companion Pet Care, veterinary medicine is personal. We’re a small, privately owned hospital where pets are known by name, families are treated as individuals, and care is tailored to each patient. We’re proud of the close-knit team behind that care, and we’re looking for a positive, organized leader who will help us protect what makes CPC special while keeping the hospital running smoothly.

WHY COMPANION PET CARE?

We believe pets deserve thoughtful, personalized care. Our services include wellness exams, in-house laboratory work, surgery, dental cleanings, and more.

Being a smaller, privately owned hospital allows us to build lasting relationships with clients and their pets, work closely as a team, and take pride in the little details that make a difference. We want every client to feel heard and every patient to receive thoughtful and individualized care.

If you want your work behind the scenes to directly support compassionate veterinary care, we’d love to meet you.
