Job Summary SysTechCare Support is hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented Content Moderators to join our remote team for the Walgreen project. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with Walgreens community guidelines and standards. This is an entry-level work-from-home opportunity that requires strong attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to maintain professionalism while handling sensitive information. Key Responsibilities Review, screen, and moderate user-generated content for accuracy and compliance with community guidelines. Identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent content. Maintain high standards of quality and productivity while reviewing large volumes of content. Flag policy violations and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams. Respond to user inquiries and provide support regarding content-related issues. Keep updated on Walgreens content moderation policies and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus but not required. Excellent written communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions. Comfortable working with sensitive content and adhering to strict confidentiality policies. Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience No prior experience required – Full training will be provided. Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or data entry is an advantage but not mandatory. Working Hours Flexible work-from-home schedule. Full-time and part-time shifts available, including weekends and holidays based on business needs.
