Job Title: Permit and Escort Manager

Job Type: Full-time; On-site

Responsibilities:

• Obtain and manage state and local oversize and overweight permits.
• Review routes, permit conditions, travel restrictions, and escort requirements before each move.
• Hire and schedule pilot cars, police escorts, and other required support.
• Verify escort qualifications and maintain a reliable network of providers.
• Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, customers, and permitting agencies to keep shipments moving.
• Resolve permit or escort changes quickly when schedules or routes change.

Experience:

• Proven experience securing heavy haul permits across multiple states.
• Proven experience hiring and coordinating escorts for oversize loads.
• Strong knowledge of route restrictions, permit requirements, and heavy haul operations.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. xhyhwjd
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and changing deadlines.
